the well-maintained garden provides a peaceful and serene atmosphere to relax and unwind. the rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and well-equipped. the staff provides exceptional service, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the breakfast is outstanding, with a wide variety of homemade breads and jams. the facilities include a spa and a heated pool with panoramic views.
Some guests have reported occasional issues with the internet connection.

The hotel offered a magical experience during my Christmas vacation. the festive decorations and atmosphere were delightful. the staff was warm and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. the location was perfect, being close to the city center and within walking distance of all the main attractions. the food at the hotel's restaurant was top-notch, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. the spa facilities were also excellent, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
Although the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. the rooms were a bit on the smaller side, which made it slightly cramped for a longer stay.
